Despite our efforts to stay safe, we lost one of our cohort sisters.
Our sweet friend, S.T. Shimi, whose given name is Thanalakshmi Subramaniam, was an MA/MFA graduate student and taken too soon from us by a terrible accident. We would like to remember her while continuing to hold space in memorial for those who have unjustly died during the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020.
